In the Self-Mastery & Leadership class, we focus on identifying conditioned patterns of thought, emotions and behavior we do not normally recognize. You will be surprised by what you find! Research tells us that we experience over 65,000 thoughts per day. In all those thoughts, we are lucky to encounter even 1% of new thoughts on any given day!
If you are looking for real change where you literally feel the difference in your relationships, this is it. This is an action-based class that includes reading, self-reflection and journaling, class discussion, and new practices for daily application. The intention is change at a deep level.

RETREATS
Taking time for yourself is vital… essential… to your well-being. When you designate time and space for yourself, it allows you to move away from daily routine, relationships and environments. In this designated setting out of the norm, patterned thought, emotional and behavioral cycles can be more clearly seen for what they are: obstructions to your happiness.
As part of the classes I facilitate and individual sessions, I offer opportunities for online, and when possible, onsite one day retreats. These retreats are specifically created for those attending. The material is aligned with what they are working on. Opportunity is given for verbal connection and interaction as well as ‘down’ time for self-reflection. Always, the intention is for greater illumination of the person’s present state and what they truly desire.

The Art of Mindful Living and Meditation
Question…. Be curious…. Explore…. Life is art and You are the artist in your life. What have you created so far? Your experiences speak to how conscious and present you are to how you create in any moment.
This program focuses on re-wiring the brain for present moment living. Being present in the moment is a practice. Be awake. Be aware. Every moment becomes a moment of being alive… consciously awake. Mindful living means being very awake and alive in your life.
Meditation is a key component of this program, and a portion of each class is dedicated to mindful breathing. We learn that mindful living is a most practical way to live in order to experience peace and happiness.
Mindful breathing is a wonderful way to calm the body and
your feelings, and to restore stillness and peace.
It’s not difficult to breathe mindfully.
Anyone can do it – even children.

Walking Meditation – Thich Nhat Hanh
We have to awaken ourselves to the truth that we are here, alive. We are here making steps on this beautiful planet. This is already performing a miracle. But we have to be here in order for the miracle to be possible. We have to bring ourselves back to the here and the now. Therefore, each step we take becomes a miracle. If you are able to walk like that, each step will be very nourishing and healing. You walk as if you kiss the earth with your feet, as if you massage the earth with your feet. There is a lot of love in that practice of walking meditation.
THE EMERGING SELF PROGRAM
This program is based on a series of books authored by Anne DiDomenico over a five-year period where Anne lived in self-imposed solitude. The intention was to deeply connect with Spirit. She encountered revealing life experiences, deep insights and the emergence of numerous spontaneous writings.
If you are traveling a spiritual path and longing to meet that most exquisite part of YOU that knows only the reality of unconditional love, you will find yourself in these words… in these images that are brought forth to assist in expanding your consciousness. The simplicity in any moment can bring profound revelation if one is open to it.
